Privacy at our shop

We use the information you share to make and deliver your orders, answer questions, and manage the email choices you make.

Orders and delivery

When you check out, we receive your contact information, delivery name and address, purchased items, payment status, and order totals. We use these details to prepare your order, arrange shipping, send order updates, and provide customer support.

Stripe processes payments. Our shop stores payment references and status, rather than your full card number. Shipping information is provided to Shippo and the selected carrier when we arrange postage. Cloudflare hosts the website and its shop database. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Email choices

Order confirmations and shipping updates are service emails. Marketing is optional and is not required to buy from us. The choice offered at Stripe checkout records your marketing preference. Our separate mailing list form asks you to confirm your email through a link before marking that subscription confirmed.

Marketing campaigns are not currently being sent. A checkout opt-in is recorded separately from a confirmed mailing list subscription. If you join the mailing list, your confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to unsubscribe or correct a preference. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order updates.

Information saved in your browser

The storefront saves your bag, favorites, and mailing list prompt preferences in your browser so they can remain available when you return. The shop manager also saves interface preferences. Clearing browser storage removes these local preferences.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, pages and products viewed, bag additions, checkout activity, purchase totals, and mailing list requests. It uses browser identifiers and cookies to understand visits. We do not send your name, email address, shipping address, or card details to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.

You can decline without affecting shopping, and change your choice through Analytics preferences. Analytics begins only after you allow it. Your analytics preference is separate from any marketing email choice.

Your optional shop account

You can check out without an account. If you choose to sign in, we email you a short-lived link to verify your address. Your account shows orders placed with that exact email address. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing.

A secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, or until you sign out. We keep verification and session records to protect account access and limit repeated sign-in requests. Cloudflare delivers these sign-in emails for us.

Records and access

We keep order and customer records for fulfillment, support, and business recordkeeping. Access to the shop manager is restricted to approved accounts. The information needed for an order may still need to be retained when you unsubscribe from marketing.
